PUBLISHED VIDEOS

Videos published BY The foundation cannot and do not constitute advice on how anyone viewing such videos should act or fail to act in any specific circumstance. The Foundation  shall in no event be liable in connection with any action or failure to act by anyone having subscribed to, or having watched gratis, any of the videos published by The Foundation and who claims to have relied upon it in acting or failing to act; this exclusion includes indirect, special or consequential losses or damages of any kind, including lost profits, regardless of the form of action by which such losses or damages may be claimed.

ALL OTHER DEALINGS

All other dealings with The Foundation which are not on a pro bono basis are subject to the following terms of trade:

  1. These terms of trade (the Terms) apply to all contracts, bookings for training courses, events, coaching, consulting, mentoring, assessments, commissions and all other dealings without limitation between The Foundation and third parties.
  2. The Terms cannot be cancelled, overridden or varied, other than in writing signed by a trustee of The Foundation, and any and all statements such effect by counter-parties (suppliers, clients or other parties with whom The Foundation deals) are null and void.
  3. Bookings made with The Foundation which are not pro bono:
    1. FEES: if a booking with The Foundation (a Booking) is cancelled by the client, the fee for the Booking is payable in full by the client if the cancellation is made 14 or fewer days prior to the Booking, and 50% of the fee for the Booking is due if the cancellation is made from 15 to 30 days inclusive prior to the Booking.
    2. EXPENSES: if a Booking is cancelled by the client, any expenses related to the Booking which have or must be paid by The Foundation, and which cannot be cancelled and/or are not refunded to The Foundation by the provider, are payable in full to The Foundation by the client, irrespective of when the cancellation is made by the client.
  4. Payment for any invoices raised by The Foundation must be received by The Foundation at the latest on the 20th day after invoice date, unless an earlier or later date is shown on the invoice. Interest is charged on overdue amounts at 2% per month, and pro rata for periods of less than a month, with monthly compounding.
  5. The copyright in all materials produced by The Foundation shall without exception be owned by The Foundation.
THE SANDSTONE FOUNDATION SCIO - GOVERNING LAW

All relations between The Foundation and third parties shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Scotland, and the courts of Edinburgh, Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
