When we talk about the effects of climate change there is often an instant association with polar regions and glaciers. Whilst understanding this is vitally important global warming is a global problem. The hotter regions of the world are felling the results of average temperature rises in a different but equally devastating way. As part of the education program the Foundation are inviting young people to expand their awareness of global warming in to other regions around the world. The Africa Eco Race passes though Morocco, Mauritania and Senegal so schools are being invited to undertake projects exploring the effects of global warming on these desert regions.
